Happy 20 - 26 Jan 2015

Dear Family,

Wow, this week was a new experience. A guess every birthday is a first time experience, but completing 20 year seems like a big deal. I don't know , does everyone agree?

We all wish a welcome to the mission to Brealynn, our wonderful older Sister and great example. She was our most frequent baby sitter and best friend. I wish her a marvelous Missionary Training Center experience full of the spirit and lots of learning.

I think the week can be highlighted with one thing that i learned while watching a small video clip about John Tanner. He was a man that upon learning about Restored Gospel, sold everything and followed with faith every council that he received. Today the total of his donated belonging values over 250 million dollars. This man had a significant scripture that he used to highlight his actions. ´He that lances in his hand to the harvest and looks back, is not worthy of the Kingdom of God.´ This is a very powerful principle of faith. We three and almost 90,000 other youth have decided to work in the harvest.  I am so happy to be here.

We also had a great surprise this Sunday. We have been encouraging all of the members during these last 2 weeks to bring referrals for us. it was so cool this Sunday when we got 4 referrals for families. We were able to visit one of the families yesterday and it was a great experience. Members are so much better at finding people than the missionaries.

I don't know if I have forgotten anything but I hope that everyone has a great week. Unfortunately it will be another week without pictures.

love you all,
Elder Jacobson (Andrew)
