Departure form Campos - 1 June 2015

Dear Family,

After almost 11 months in the wonderful Stake of Campos. My time has come. It is a sad parting. I have made lots of great friends and I really love each one of the members that makes this city so special. I also have just loved all the types of people in the streets and houses here. I will love to come back after the mission meet up with these great people again.

We had another tough week but that's just because we had some a bunch of stress towards the end of the week and then some disappointments but in the wider perspective we just had a few road bumps.

We did have a great experience this Sunday. We had a meeting with our mission leader and just had a completely different style of meeting. Everybody knows how most church meetings end up being just a bunch of talk and no progress. But this meeting we only had progress. We basically just made a bunch of little plans and goals to get the mission plan rolling and it seems like its gunna work. A great learning experience.

To wrap up the week I had a great talk with the assistants about how we can more effectively help everyone learn and grow together. We learned about the importance about honest and simple communication early and lovingly. The earlier we resolve problems they are easier. Also, the more honest we are we are able to really express ourselves and not interfere with the others comprehension. Communication is key just like our volleyball slogan.

I love you all and wish the best for this upcoming summer.
